The Care

The Care

Care will be provided after assessing and implementing individualised service user plans.  Service user involvement in every aspect of care is always our priority. each service user will have an individually designed activities programme, providing opportunities to participate in a range of meaningful and appropriate educational occupational and leisure pursuits, both within and outside the home, always making the best possible use of community resources available.

Where possible, the service users are actively encouraged to participate in all matters relating to the day-to-day operations of the home. These include choice about decorating the rooms, shopping, planning menus, activities/social events they would like to participate in and their involvement in other “home making” activities. We also endeavour to involve service users in staff recruitment and service user surveys/quality assurance systems.
